He is a respected member of the Maharashtra Medical Council with over 48 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. He has held several prestigious leadership roles, including Past President of the Pune Obstetric and Gynaec Society (1999-2001), Past Chairman of the Pimpri Chinchwad Doctors Association (1995-1997), and Past General Secretary of the Association of Sports Medicine, Pune (1999-2000). He is also a Life Member of the Indian Medical Association, Pune, and an active member of the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI).
He served as Joint Organising Secretary for the All India Obstetric and Gynaec Congress held in Pune (1982, 1996) and as Organising Secretary of AMOGS Pune in 2001. Additionally, he is a member of the Federation of Fertility and Sterility (Asia).
His expertise includes infertility evaluation and treatment, management of all gynecological problems, care for high-risk pregnancies, epidural analgesia and anesthesia, and abdominal hysterectomy
